Information regarding your sessions, including note taking and recordings are kept solely for the purpose of recording key themes discussed, insights, takeaways and actions agreed, to monitor progress and ensure accountability.

 

• Medical details and next of kin information:

 

Information relevant to your health and well-being, which you provide for the purpose of receiving tailored hypnotherapy (RTT®) and coaching services (RTC®) is required including details of a next of kin, such as their name, relationship to you, and contact information for emergency purposes. 

 

I may ask questions about your medical history to establish any contra-indications to treatment. This will also help to assess whether your health is affecting (or being affected by) the therapeutic goals you wish to achieve. Clients will be asked to provide me with updates of any medical changes during your course of therapy, or if you are returning to therapy after a period of absence.

 

Your safety and wellbeing are of paramount importance, should any concerns arise of you being potentially at risk then I may need to contact your next of kin or medical profession if I can. Should any contact be made, you will be informed accordingly, if possible.

Information about your visits to and use of this website, such as Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; email address; password; computer and connection information and potentially purchase history via our booking system and/or contact forms. Software tools may be used to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 

 

Other personally identifiable information collected by us contains (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback via blog page, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

I may take notes in written format during our sessions or breakthrough calls to avoid disturbing the process in particular when someone is under hypnosis. These written notes are stored securely in locked cupboards to maintain confidentiality and privacy. 

 

Written data may be transferred to electronic format using a password protected laptop for ease of access management. All electronic data is stored securely to prevent unauthorised access. To protect individual identifies and ensure privacy, client data is anonymised and is accessible via password protected user accounts, laptops and mobile phones. Precautions are put in place to avoid storing any personally identifiable information.

In certain circumstances, I may be required to disclose personal information if subpoenaed by a court or other legal purposes. Additionally, if you or someone else is at risk of harm, I may need to share information to ensure safety and prevent harm.
