I may ask questions about your medical history to establish any contra-indications to treatment. This will also help to assess whether your health is affecting (or being affected by) the therapeutic goals you wish to achieve. Clients will be asked to provide me with updates of any medical changes during your course of therapy, or if you are returning to therapy after a period of absence.
Your safety and wellbeing are of paramount importance, should any concerns arise of you being potentially at risk then I may need to contact your next of kin or medical profession if I can. Should any contact be made, you will be informed accordingly, if possible.

I may take notes in written format during our sessions or breakthrough calls to avoid disturbing the process in particular when someone is under hypnosis. These written notes are stored securely in locked cupboards to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
Written data may be transferred to electronic format using a password protected laptop for ease of access management. All electronic data is stored securely to prevent unauthorised access. To protect individual identifies and ensure privacy, client data is anonymised and is accessible via password protected user accounts, laptops and mobile phones.
