“Start living your best life today” 3 month life coaching program - Available online or in-person. - Prepay for 6 sessions in advance and save up to 8.5% - Option to pay in 6 instalments. Payment is required in advance prior to each session held. - Six 1:1 coaching sessions available online via zoom, or in-person - 2 coaching calls per month each lasting 60 minutes - These 6 sessions are individually crafted to help you rise above your circumstances by accessing your inner strength and resources to navigate through obstacles that are holding you back. By holding you accountable, let’s reframe and smash those limiting beliefs, by equipping you with the tools to help you break free from fears that are keeping you stuck - propelling you towards a life filled with clarity, confidence and fulfilment and so much more… - Tools included in package: Transformational recording, future pacing, deep relaxation, designated homework activities, discovering your why or purpose, understanding how the mind works and what makes you tick. - Progress review & continued support: a chance for you to reflect on your own journey, celebrate every success and milestones reached, understand what is next for you and how I can further support you on your journey towards continuous personal growth and development.
